For booking accommodation, the guest needs to pay minimum 30% of the total price for the requested term. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment.

In case of unforeseen events when the guest is not able to come to the booked period should contact as soon as possible. The paid amount of the reservation will be saved for the next agreed period in a period of 1 year. If the guest does not come and does not report his inability to arrive, the reservation for the period does not return and does not transfer the cooperative term.
